Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Oura to Claude Code integration ("the Integration") and the website ring.signalnine.net. By connecting your Oura account to the Integration or using this site, you agree to these terms.
1. What the Integration is
The Integration is a personal, non-commercial tool that reads data from your Oura account through the official Oura API and makes it available to Claude Code running on your own device. It is provided by the individual who operates signalnine.net ("the Operator") as-is, free of charge, with no service commitment.
2. Eligibility and your accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have a valid Oura account and comply with Oura's own terms of use.
- Use of Claude Code is governed by your agreement with Anthropic. The Operator is not a party to that agreement.
- You are responsible for keeping your devices, credentials, and access tokens secure.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Integration to access any Oura account other than your own or one you are expressly authorized to access;
- Use the Integration in a way that violates Oura's API terms, rate limits, or developer policies;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to this website or its hosting infrastructure;
- Use the Integration for any unlawful purpose.
4. Not medical advice
Oura data, and any summary, analysis, or suggestion produced with the help of the Integration or Claude Code, is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified health professional. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of anything produced by the Integration.
5. Third-party services and trademarks
The Integration depends on the Oura API and on Anthropic's Claude services. Those services may change or become unavailable at any time, which may cause the Integration to stop working. Oura is a trademark of Oura Health Oy. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. Neither company is affiliated with, nor endorses, this Integration.
6. Privacy
How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE INTEGRATION AND THIS WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE OPERATOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE INTEGRATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA RETRIEVED WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE INTEGRATION OR THIS WEBSITE. THE OPERATOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE INTEGRATION, WHICH IS ZERO.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Integration at any time by revoking its access in your Oura account settings and deleting its files from your device. The Operator may discontinue the Integration or this website at any time without notice.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
